Bill Martin, Wayne Shulby, and Dave Olack accept the LEAP 3 check for $5,000 from USA Swimming president, Jim Sheehan.

North Carolina Swimming was recognized at the United States Aquatic Sports Convention in Atlanta for achieving LEAP Level 3.  The goal of the LSC Evaluation and Achievement Program (LEAP) is to assist LSCs in becoming more efficient and effective. The LEAP assessment tool provides a roadmap to LSC effectiveness and success in four key areas:

Business and Organizational Success
Volunteer Development
Club and Coach Development
Athlete Development
