Congratulations to NCS Official, Chris Jung, as the recipient of the Connie Carroll award. Chris has served as a swimming official for 25 years. Highlights of Chris’s officiating career include: Certified YMCA official since 1999 – currently level III; Certified as Y Officials trainer since 2012; Certified USA Swimming Official since 1999; Certified NCAA / CSOA since 2009; Officiated at Y Nationals for 20 years in multiple levels and continues to serve all levels of local, state, and national YMCA and USA Swimming meets; and Chris was the 2018 recipient of the Phillips 66 Outstanding Service Award.
