Congratulations to North Carolina Swimming official Wayne Shulby who was selected by USA Swimming to officiate at the 2018 Pan Pacific Championships in Tokyo. The former NCS General Chair and long-time meet referee has had a busy summer spreading his time between NCS meets, TYR Pro Series meets, Junior Nationals, and now, Pan Pacs. Wayne, known for his adventurous palate, is seen here sampling some of the local cuisine while in Tokyo.
