The U.S. Olympic Swimming team has had some remarkable medal-winning performances and among those are several from NCS club athletes.

- Ryan Held (NC State) – Gold Medal in the 400 Free Relay
- Kathleen Baker (SwimMAC) – Silver Medal in the 100 Back, Gold Medal Medley Relay
- Katie Meili (SwimMAC) – Bronze Medal in the 100 Breast, Gold Medal Medley Relay
- Ryan Lochte (SwimMAC) – Gold Medal in the 800 Free Relay
- Anthony Ervin (SwimMAC) – Gold Medal in the 50 Free
