QUALIFIED ATHLETES will receive swimmer Bag Tag that allows them on the pool deck for duration of meet. ATHLETES will NOT have wristbands, NOR will they be allowed in the stadium area.
All NCS Clubs have received 12 & Under “SPECTATOR” Entry WristBands. Each Club has been told to create a plan for their re-useable SPECTATOR wristbands that are to be utilized throughout the weekend (FRI, SAT, SUN). Spectators will NOT be allowed entry without a wristband. No one should take bands home; it will impact total number of spectator entry bands for your Club on the other 12 & under sessions. NCS Clubs have been advised to Work Together and help each other out to accommodate all spectators wishing to view on certain days. Spectators will line up outside of TAC to go through security checkpoint into stadium. No stadium chairs will be allowed. No one will be allowed past Security without a valid entry band.
Make sure YOUR CLUB has a PLAN in place before arriving to Age Group Champs for the 12&Under sessions. Know Your Clubs Designee of wristbands. Know the procedure plan for Your Club. BE ADVISED: Pack your Patience as 13-14 sessions MUST be cleared before anyone is allowed into the stadium area for the 12&U afternoon sessions. Line will begin outside at TAC. Security Checkpoint will be outside at the second set of doors. Bands Required for ALL Spectator Entry.
