Junior Athlete Rep Nominations

North Carolina Swimming will elect a new Junior Athlete Representative at the Spring House of Delegates meeting at the Greensboro Coliseum on April 29, 2018.  If you are interested in being considered for the position, please submit the completed form by Friday, April 13, 2018.  (Applications are closed)

The athlete must be an athlete member or seasonal athlete member in good standing; be at least 16 years old on April 29, 2018, a sophomore or junior in high school during the upcoming 2018-2019 school year, be currently competing or have competed during the three immediately preceding years, and have his or her place of residence within the North Carolina LSC.

A Junior Athlete Representative is elected each year. Duties include serving as a liaison between athlete members of the LSC and the NCS Board of Directors and House of Delegates. The Junior Athlete Representative is a member of the NCS Board of Directors and moves into the Senior Athlete Representative in the second year. Athlete representatives also represent NC Swimming at the national convention and during other LSC functions.
